| Post subject: | Pop Up on Video playback |
When I playback a video that has a bookmark I get a pop up window asking if I want to playback from the Bookmark or the Beginning. The problem is my remote will not work on this pop up nor once you are watching the video does the remote work. I am using a Twinhan remote which is simply a keyboard "extender" so to speak in that the remote simply sends a key when you press a button. I am using the Internal player for all my videos so could anyone hazard a reason for why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks |

Sounds like a focus issue. Do you have a mouse attached to the system? It might have a button pressed that is switching focus away from the pop-up. |

I do now, but this has been happening since day dot. I think from memory I can use the up or down arrow keys and choose the one I want, also the Enter (Play button) works as well. So unfortunately it doesn't appear to be a focus issue, thanks for the suggestion though. |
