Just received my Homerun recently, I have downloade the latest firmware file but am at a loss how to install this bin file.
I am running LinHes 6.03.

You use hdhomerun_config to load the firmware file:

If you have a windows machine you can upgrade from that. This page has the windows download as well as generic Linux instructions for compiling from source. I haven't used these so ymmv.

I have used the windows one before without issue, I did not the other day that they have a recent update. I have downloaded it but haven't got around to installing it.

On a windows box, it is just a matter of running the exe.
