I was unable to find an equivalent to Anacron for my upgrade to LINHES 603 so I wrote a simple bash script to replace it. If anyone is interested let me know and I will make it available for others to use.

Hi Marc
That sounds interesting. I use Mythwelcome so my machine is off most of the time, so that would be useful.

Seconded.

The fact that my machine is off a lot of the time due to using Mythwelcome, this would be a useful addition.

I don't see dcron in the repository when I try "pacman -Sl | grep cron".

I've documented my anacron replacement and uploaded the script -- you can find it at my website.
