Has anybody got this to work, I.E shutdown etc. I seem to have the 'idle but no count down' message lot of posts on the web but no real solutions, I suppose I will have to have a look at the code to try and see what it is doing. Probably another broken something on my system. |

Works perfectly for me. /usr/LH/bin/mythwelcome-config.py should set the db setting correctly for you. |

I will try that and I have, but I think the settings were correct. |

I had the exact same problem when I first set up 7.2 and found that, FOR ME, that I had to "unlock" the system. On the mythwelcome page, bring up the menu and select "Unlock Shutdown". This should then allow your system to go to sleepy poos. Reference: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Mythwelcome |
