I have searched this forum for information about xorg.conf and the use of "twinview" with R8. I have tried appending 20-automv.conf with my twinview setup from 7.4 with no luck (get "(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "TwinView" is not used"). I can get it to work using NVidia-settings but it won't stick after a reboot. Nvidia-settings will try to update the configuration file but I do not know what (or where) it is ( not xorg.conf anymore...). Has anybody gotten this working on R8? |

Figured it out... I saved the resuts from NVidia-settings into a file, grabbed the screen section and appended 20-automv.conf with it... Works. |
