Hi folks,

Before I start trying to dig into this or work around it, has anyone else seen mythfrontend generate core dumps when shutting down the system?

I only noticed it because it fills my partition and the system won't start until I go in via a shell and delete the core file.

The core is in: /var/lib/systemd/coredump/

Looks something like: .#core.mythfrontend.<userid>.<a bunch of hex numbers>

I'm on the latest 8.3 release (updated this past weekend via pacman -Syu).

I first noticed it at the beginning of January when I did an update then (first time in many months). It would happen about every 3rd time. I then updated again this past weekend and it still happens but less frequently.

C
