I have a frontend that I had previously used with an older KnoppMyth and I just upgraded by backend to LinHES 6.02 which is working but I'm having video issues with this frontend. This is a ASUS M2NPV-VM with integrated NVIDIA video which always worked great. The Vizio 720p TV is connected via the DVI port. The frontend installed and worked just fine during setup using a plain LCD flat panel but when I moved it to the TV it starts to boot and then the screen just goes black. I tried re-installing using the TV itself and the video worked just fine during the install process but sure enough after completing the install and rebooting it starts to boot and then the screen goes black again and then nothing. I hooked up an LCD monitor and the video DOES show up on that panel but I just can't get it to appear on the TV. I found some other people with sorta-similar sounding issues and tweaks to the xorg.conf and so far nothing has worked. Ideas? |
