After building a new box and installing R7.2 it was very unstable. It would hardly run for for 24 hours, and sometime only and hour or so with out turning its self into a total vegetable. Had to force power off so I could reboot. I noticed the following in messages in the logs.
Code:

These messages just keep repeating forever and finally ended with a kernel panic causing a total hang.
I tried a different tuner and had the same problem. So that ruled out a hardware problem.

After doing some research I finally found one that mentioned changing to a different usb port. I never really paid any attention to where I was plugging it and figured out that it was on port 4.

I moved the tuner to port 1 rebooted, and haven't had a problem since. Something to keep in mind.
