Were you in 8.1 or 8.2 for that lsusb output? Does lsusb show the same under 8.1 as 8.2?

Well I tested out the update today. I'm not getting any errors when I shutdown or startup it works fine. I tested in Myth and XBMC and the Firefly works just the same as R8.1.
I give the update the big thumbs up.... :D

On my R8.2 test box I previously noticed that I could not get MythWelcome Shutdown to work.. So I uninstalled MythWelcome and then shutdown the PC. Then reinstalled Mythwelcome thru the programs menu. Then I brought up a show just to make sure everything was good. Next, I exited the FE and then watched MythWelcome Shutdown work properly.. A little later I turned the PC on and noticed that XBMC was missing. I did not think much of it so I just reinstalled. And now Mythwelcome Shutdown does not work again.

When I look at the dbbus log with R8.2 testing I always see this message

Code:
Activated service 'org.freedesktop.login1' failed: Launch helper exited with unknown return code 1

To straighten this out I ran

Code:
ln -s /usr/lib/systemd/system/NetworManager.service /usr/lib/systemd/system/dbus-org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.service

that seems to clear up the log

Code:
Successfully activated service 'org.freedesktop.UDisks'
Activating service name='org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1' (using servicehelper)
Successfully activated service 'org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1'
