Short story: if I reboot my MBE/FE combo system the HD-PVR and I start recording, the recording will last for about 30 to 45 seconds and fail.

I do *not* use the IR receiver on the HD-PVR.
However, if I follow this sequence:
- Power off the HD-PVR (and leave it off)
- Reboot the MBE/FE
- Wait for the frontend to appear
- Power on the HD-PVR
- Restart the backend
I could not find a way to disable the IR receiver on the HD-PVR.
Anyone else seeing this? Do I have a problem with my system?
