I've always enjoyed mythstream. I particularly like being able to watch internet TV and about the only radio I listen to is mythstream shoutcasts. It's always on. I was browsing the mythstream web site (http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~moongies/streamtuned.html) and saw that it recently had an update. KM R5F27 comes preloaded with mythstream v0.17_2. The list of goodies in the change log looked tasty, especially the speech synthesizer for "TV-off" operation. Hmm, I don't have to turn the TV on to find my radio station anymore! I followed the directions here on the forum to update mplayer to work with the new parsers, and then updated mythstream according to the directions on it's site. Whew! it worked. Now apt-get update, then apt-get install espeak. I use the hauppauge remote and bound the radio button to mythstream and the blue button to 'S' for speech. Now I just hit the radio button, then the blue button, and it says "welcome to mythstream". Cool. Hope you find it as tasty as I did
