I just wanted to share my crazy experience that ended up (luckily) at a extremely simple fix. I had knoppmyth working fine but wanted to switch to a 80 gig drive. I installed it on the drive and everything seemed to work fine. However when i would try to watch video, either through mythtv or mplayer/mythvideo it wouldn't play at the right speed. After reinstalls and so forth it turned out to be my quickcam webcam plugged into the usb! SO CRAZY. I guess IRQ or something. |
