My configuration: Capture: PVR-250 Sound: Creative Live 5.1 routed to my stereo via Coax SPDIF Everything else: enough CPU and ram, who knows, who cares... If you are getting video but no sound from your TV tuner, before you go recompiling ivtv and the like - make sure you have unchecked the AC3 passthrough in your "General" setup screen. If you dont, you aren't gonna get any sound. I recompiled ivtv before I found this setting however, so you still might have to redo ivtv. Just a tip for the archive... |
