After you loaded in the new firmware into the correct directory for IVTV to use on your card, run it once so it loads it up then shut down your PC and then disconnect the power cable for minimum 10 full seconds. Your PVR 150 requires a complete power loss before it will run the new firmware that was downloaded onto it durring the execution of ivtv. If you don't do this step, your PVR 150 will never work.
