I kinda haven't ever put an ISO onto a disk before so I was woundering how it's done and what programs do I need to do it with?

My main system is running WinXP Pro SP2 (if you needed to know)

You should be able to create a CD out of the Knoppmyth iso file with any CD ROM burning software like Nero or Roxio. It is usualy one of the options in the main menu.

Google for "iso burn" and you should see a bunch of links that should help.
