| Post subject: | X-server won't start |
Worked fine some weeks ago when I shut down the machine. Now, starting it up some weeks later it doesn't start X-server, and the mythbackend and mythweb doesn't work. SSH works fine, though. Here's the error message from /var/log/gdm/:0.log: -------- Markers: (--) probed, (**) from config file, (==) default setting, (++) from command line, (!!) notice, (II) informational, (WW) warning, (EE) error, (NI) not implemented, (??) unknown. You are using xorg? Knoppmyth comes with XFree86. |

I've not changed anything there. Ah, well, another complete reinstall of MythTV is good once in a while, aye? Once every few weeks... aye...? |

Don't reinstall, make backup and auto-upgrade. |
