Long time listener, first time caller... I've searched quite a bit but couldn't find the answer to my problem. I added my feed to itunes and it shows up with all of my shows with full descriptions (the mp4 files themselves are properly encoded and work). The problem is the shows won't download into iTunes. Not sure if it's something with file permissions (folder is now 777 for tesing puposes) or opening a proper port on the router. I have also tried accessing http://username:password@site.com/ipodfeed/feed.php. That also shows up in iTunes but won't let me download. I have also added my hostname in myth2ipod script. Thanks for reading. |

I just needed some patience. It was the hostname that was the problem. I originally set up the feed without changing the hostname. When I changed to the correct hostname I kept trying to download the old file but that was pulling the old xml file info. Anything new into the feed was now downloading. |

Hope you check back on this one... I'm having the same problem. I'm also using a non-standard port for my myth box. Where did you change the hostname? When I check the feed from Firefox, the names and descriptions show, but there are no links. |
