How can I find out which kernel options were used to build the R5D1 kernel?

I'd like to configure in CPUfreq, but want to preserve all of the existing kernel options. I didn't see any config files in the kernel source directory.

I don't think CPUfreq is in the stock kernel because there is no /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/ directory. If I'm mistaken, please set me straight.
