I'm hoping some Linux guru out there might be able to help me with this problem.

I have(had) a fully working Knoppmyth installation - R5E50. My motheboard (Asus A8N-SLI Premium) died and after I replaced it, the existing setup boots ok, but fails to recognize the ethernet ports.

Tech support at Asus was not very helpful as they seem to be reluctant to support users of Linux.

The best I can figure out is that I need to reinstall the ethernet drivers or something along that line.

Any suggestions on how I could salvage my existing installation and not have to rebuild my system from scratch?

Thanks in advance!
