I cannot find any fix for the Hulu "indefinite ad break" bug (see bottom of this page for reference).

is there a way to get hulu not to hang on a commercial using Hulu Desktop??

(seems to work without issue using firefox)

I have seen joy after updating to the latest flash, 10.1 iirc. See here. Couldn't get it to work in November, but it works in Jan.

Thanks TMS. But my videos play fine, it is just that they hang on (won't proceed through) a commercial break when I am using the Hulu desktop app. (I can watch without issue using firefox, but I would like to be able to use the remote feature of Hulu desktop).

I saw some others had the same problem in the thread I referenced above. I was wondering if there was a known fix.

Are you using flash 10.1? I know my commercials would hang or not cue at all, this would in turn not let the vids to play rendering huludesktop broken. I upgraded flash to 10.1 and couldn't be happier. So again, are you using flash 10.1?

I have no idea. So, I guess I probably need upgrading.

I will follow Uteck's directions from the link you gave and see what happens with 10.1.

Thank you for the tip.
