I have been running KnoppMyth for about 1 month now. Thanks to the groups here for all of the helpful insight.
One thing I have noticed recently, each morning I typically start up the machine. Since I have been working on Tuning and getting Remotes working etc. I have spent a lot of time in the Syslog, dmesg and kern. Initially I noticed particularly syslog was getting very large. I started copying it then clearing out the file. So getting to the end to scroll through messages was easy.

About two days ago, I noticed it stopped generating huge logs every day and it seemed to start recycling the Syslog every day so that it is only one day long.

I am totally new to Linux. Is there a way to get Syslog to show more of the information like LIRC devices, IVTV output etc? IS this something I can change with settings to have more information placed in the logs while I am getting the other parts working?

I do have Webmin running and can SSH into it, thanks to various items on here. But this one has me puzzled and I have searched multiple places for the answer.
