This is my first post, so let me start off by saying that I would not have been able to get my KnoppMythTV up and running as far as I have without the useful posts on this site ...........Thank You!!

I was not sure where to post this question/comment so if I’ve put it in the wrong section please forgive me.


Question:
I have managed to get my XM Radio online account to work on my KnoppMythTV box using a script that someone posted on the XMFan web site ….. http://xmfan.com/viewtopic.php?t=53237&highlight=linux+player (thanks zerovoid). Using a console screen everything works great using the ./xmonline.sh script (after apt-get install curl). The stream plays in the xine player and all of the song and channel info is displayed in the console window.

Has anyone come up with a way to integrate this functionality into the Myth gui? I can manage to get my way around Linux but I’m in no way good enough to come up with a solution.

Any ideas?

Thats a good idea.. Have it integrated into mythmusic somehow so we can get the cool screensavers going. I second it...
