Anybody else using the madwifi drivers that come with knoppmyth. I've been on R5A22 (and previous versions for a while) and have been using madwifi on a DLINK-520 802.11g card with excellent results.

The only problem is, if the wireless router goes down (either falls over on it's own, or needs to be rebooted) the entire linux box will hang HARD --- needs a hard reset.

It doesn't happen too often, but causes problems when you don't know it happened so you'll miss any recordings until you give the myth box a kick. Curious if anybody else sees this? I see R5B7 has more recent drivers so i've got my fingers crossed maybe it'll just go away.........

If I recall correctly, though, the madwifi drivers with 5B7 are a bit dated. If that doesn't work for you, try doing an SVN for the most current madwifi-ng driver.
