| Post subject: | R5B7 pvr-150 strange screen problem on live tv |
I did a auto install of R5B7 with the pvr-150. After i setup the card and inputs, I go into mythtv. When i go to watch live tv the screen is zoomed in and the right 1/3 of the screen is cut off. I've searched the forums and no luck. |

Hi- Code: cd /var/log
check your XFree86 (i dont remember the full name) .log files and check for the section where it is testing your resolutions. Check to see what resolution it settled on. Ask yourself some questions: 1. what type of TV you are using? 2. what type of video in to the TV? Always search and rely on your logs; they are your friend. They can tell you what is wrong quicker than we can. Search these forums and Google. The answers are here, you just have to search and read. Good Luck, Mike |
