Then with this up and running all I need to do is to subscribe to the feed at http://mymythserver/ipodfeeds/feed.php?

I rebuilt my box and finished the install last night with enough time to record some HD content and have it convert it. When I checked iTunes this morning it looked like the description was for something I recorded last night but I didn't have enough time before having to leave for work.

To subscribe to the feed is that all you have to do, just add one podcast feed and it will download all of the shows that you've converted?

It seams to be working and it's transcoding the files but when I try to download them I get "Network connection could not be made" error. Do I need to change the permissions on the folder that the files are kept in? I can manually click on the file and it will play in an embedded window in Firefox. Am I missing something really simple here?

Ok, I figured it out. You need to replace "hostname" with your ip address in the xml and php files. 8)

Perhaps I've mucked something up here... running R5E50.

When I click on the myth2ipod link, I get the data, but also see a 'search fields:' list popup on the screen. More annoying than anything..

Anyone seen this ?

I modified the script, m2iweb.php, to work better with MythWeb in R5F27 and updated the instructions a little, but with the new location of header.php. The latest m2iweb.php can be found in Knoppmythwiki here:
http://knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=VideoIpod

It can also be downloaded here with image:

P.S. I used the same code, renamed it to archive.php changed some items ('mp4' to 'avi' and 'ipod' to 'XviD' and logo image).

And with image, http://www.macrossplusinc.com/files/myt ... rchive.zip

I'll give the new one a shot on my "testing" machine. It's a celeron 600 with 256mb ram and a PVR-500 and PVR-250 (I don't try hd on it and I don't actually watch recordings on it). I just use that box to test things to make sure they work before installing :D
