My BFG nvidia 5200 won't connect to the tv with svideo.

I connect the svideo cable to the card and to the tv. It should be displaying on "Video 1" but it isn't. Do i need to change the display option from monitor to tv like my windows comp?

I'm sure that the svideo cable works because i connect my other computer to the tv with the same cable. Is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks
-Hans

After reading some threads, I realized that having a monitor connected while it is displaying on the tv may mess it up. I disconnected the monitor and now it works. Thanks.

Is there anyway to get both of them working at the same time? if not its ok.

The display, however, is very grainy, and stutters. SI ther a way to fix this?

Now to get my other hard drive working.

Thanks again
-Hans

I don't know. In that wiki link I posted, around the middle, someone says it is possible by using the TwinView option. Since I have not done it, I don't know if it actually works.
