Just a question on the inode stuff. I seen it mentioned that it's not too good to have a bunch of small files. By putting my mp3's in /myth/music, would this fill up my disk faster than normal? Would it be better to put my mp3's on a seperate partition and symlink to it?

yes, one inode is assigned per file, and you do have a limited amount of inodes. HOWEVER, i have 15 gig worth of mp3's lots of roms, and i have NO problem.
