Post subject:  Mythweb timing out

Ok I have searched multiple forums for this, and either I am searching for the wrong info, or Im the only one with this problem. Either way I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before. Everything with mythtv is up and running. I have the backend and front running on the same machine (for now). Mythweb will not load. I type in http://ip.address and it connects to apache and tys to load programs_listing.php.....and thats it. Eventually I get this error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/programs.php on line 349

now I know apache is running, because I am also running webmin and can connect to that without any issues. Any advice?

webmin doesn't use Apache but has it's own webserver.

so do a ps -ae | grep apache and make sure apache is running.

and if it is running
then see if there are any messages in
/var/log/apache/error.log
or /var/log/apache/access.log

Apache is running I confirmed it with "ps -ae". After looking in both error.log and access.log I don't see anything that sticks out as the cause. Access.log is full of

192.168.1.11 -- [ Date/Time] "GET /program_listings.php HTTP:/1.1" 200 169 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"

Several of those lines. Then error.log

There are several [warn] child process 963 still did not exit, sending SIGTERM

[warn] child process 967 still did not exit sending a SIGTERM

[error] child process 963 still did not exit sending a SIGKILL

[error] child process 967 still did not exit sending a SIGKILL
[notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[notice] Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) Debian GNU/Linux PHP/4.3.RC3 mod_ssl/2.8.14 OpenSSL/0.9.7b configured --resuming normal operations
[notice] Accept Mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)

Thats is the latest log after I did a reboot of the system to see a fresh entry in the logs.
