I'm very new to linux

I can't get a TV signal, just static on my hauppage 150, and my remote doesn't work. I'm guessing I just set it up wrong

So how do I get back to where I set up my card, video input and stuff?

Not the settings in MythTV, the setup screen with 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

I hope I can get this sorted it out easily, I'm going to school in a couple weeks, and I don't want to leave my parents with a home theater that they can't use
