im not sure whats wrong, a few min ago myth froze(i have a corupt weather module it freezes when i try to use it) so i haveto end the mythfront end task it was no problem the last time but this time myth wount load again it says Conflict in /usr/lib/qt3/plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlmysql.so: Plugin uses incompatible Qt library! expected build key "i686 Linux g++-3.* full-config", got "i686 Linux g++-3.* full-config no-stl". QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded QSqlDatabase: available drivers: QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded QSqlDatabase: available drivers: Unable to connect to database! No error type from QSqlError? Strange... couldn't open db any idea how i could fixthis? i can access the mysql via webmin no prob thank you for any help u can give |

could some one tell me how i could go about rebuilding the database (as in wipe the database clean with out reinstalling knoppmyth?) |

well there is a sticky post on this forum somewhere that describes howto repair the database, this option would hopefully not lose any data. For actually removing the database and starting over look at the mythtv docs. basically you have to "drop" the database then go to the sources and import a blank one back in. this will lose all of your data though. |

ahh theres like next to no data im worryed about loseing but ill try that repair first |

there were Alot of errors but are all fixed now but still same error |

ok its way over my head and i dont think theres a easy fix, so im reinstalling so dont worry about replying |
