Post subject:  'unknown recording requested'
A new R6 glitch (or maybe just *I* hadn't seen it before...) When trying to copy a recording over my net to another machine using Mythweb, I get the above error.

Since everything else is working fine (including finding and running said recordings from within the Myth program..) I am hesitant to mess with the database. Anyone point me in the right direction ?

I just ran into this too. Same thing happens when trying to watch the ASX stream from MythWeb.

Everything else seems to work fine as you stated. I can watch recordings in the frontend and even delete them from MythWeb, but can't watch them.

Since your post is a couple months old.....wondering if you found an answer yet?

FWIW, I upgraded from 5.5 to 6.00.08 today. The recordings were already on the 5.5 machine. However, this also occurs with recordings that were started after I had upgraded to 6. :cry:

Sadly, no. I ran into enough foibles with the original R6 that I had to remove it from a production machine and go back to 5.5 (WAF wasn't high on original R6 blowing away to wallpaper screen on 'play'...)

Haven't tried out the 2nd R6 preview on a spare machine yet....
