You are right goofnrox, it's definitely not the same problem as graysky has. And yes, it's kind of hot. To be honest I think it's above specs, but it served me well for years. And in a new system the encoder showed the same problem right away, so it's gone for good. I saw other people on the forum with the same problem (encoder broken, decoder ok), so I think it's not that unusual. |
