I have Knoppmyth R5F1. Recently a problem developed where when I watch a recorded TV program, the display in the upper right of the screen, when paused, that might read, for example, 5:25 of 30:00 now reads something like 5:25 of 12:15:00 (as in 12 hours for a half hour show). This display is now incorrect even when I play programs that were recorded before the problem developed. Can someone point me in the right direction of where I might look to debug this? Thanks. |

Sounds like DB corruption. There are a couple ways to fix it. One of the simpler is to run a lossless transcoding pass over the recording with no cut points. This resets the marks and fixes up any issues like this. |

Thanks for the reply. This problem occurs on all new recordings, and all previously recorded content is affected also. Does this still point to a DB corruption problem? |
