I picked up a pair of KWorld TV tuner cards (http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=kwo ... ch+Froogle) for my MythTV box. The cards are listed by /sbin/lspci as Brooktree 878's, and KnoppMyth sees the cards and loads bttv up at boot-time. I've got them hooked up to my cable TV line, but I can't seem to get them to display anything except garbled green gibberish. Sometimes I see what looks like a game of football or other things you'd see on TV among the crap, but I can't seem to change channels, and I can't get a good picture. I tried running xawtv against the devices, and changing around from PAL to NTSC and from us-bcast to us-bcast-hrc, and from Video1 to Composite1 to Television to Composite3, and all sorts of things, but to no avail. Any suggestions about what I'm missing? Thanks a bunch! |
