I've looked on Google, Gossamer, and here. Maybe I'm not using the right keywords.... I am trying to find out the quality differences in both DVD and CD import. Most I can find is that for DVD "Perfect" grabs everything, and on CD "Perfect" encodes to FLAC.
What are the other quality settings that are used in both DVD and CD import for low, medium, high? Where can I find this info out?

If you browse the db (using Webmin for instance), you should be able to find the information.

I've been looking around too.

As far as the other post.. if you take a peek into the Mysql, i'd guess that the tables
codecparams, dvdtranscode are the ones that hold the information, but you will have to extrapolate a bit on that data.

I have anythor question, on top of yours. I'd like to change the settings from Divx to Xvid, and get a rip a little better quality then the lowest one that myth produces. I'm not sure if that's complicated or not.

I think the default is xvid. You can also change the rip parameters by editting the db.
