anyone else had any kernel oops? I installed this system and pushed it as hard as I could trying to make sure it's stable. I must have recorded 50+ hours of video since saturday when I installed. Recording two shows simotaniously while wathing another recorded show, and not one glitch. It was rock solid. Now thursday night the one night that has shows that my girlfriend gets ticked if they don't record, and it dies 10 min into the first recording with a kernel oops from just about every module that was loaded. I don't get it. I think they must be putting something in the thurs night shows to crash mythtv, because I don't think I've had a myth setup last through a thursday yet. grated I'm pushing it hard, but it's only about 5 1/2 hours nothing like the recording I've done in the last several days. AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! sorry just had to vent a little. I will post the kernel oops when I can get it and see if anyone has any ideas. If anyone else has won this battle let me know. |
