Hi, the cron job for mythfilldatabase isn't appearing to work correctly. If i open an xterm window and run it manually, it works fine, but if i check the system status in the morning when i wake up, it says it returned error 256 i believe, does anyone know what this error means and why the cron job doesn't work correctly but manually works fine? Also, where are the cron jobs kept, and can i edit them manually? maybe i can change something to make it work. THanks -DarDack |

well the cron schedule resides in /etc/crontab , but that should be fine. What you are looking for is the scripts that get run. they reside in /etc/cron.daily/ at least the ones run daily. |

Thanks so much Xsecrets. I copied mythfilldatabase to /etc/cron.daily and now it works fine. |
