Specs are as per signature below. CPU cooler is a ThermalTake Silent Boost which is a little noisy at full speed. Power supply is a Antec Neo 380W which is quiet. The case was a little noisy but I put 56ohm 1W resistors in the power line to the fans(Cpu and case fan) and it is nice and quiet now. I only use SD as I can't see the difference between SD and HD on our 32" LCD TV.(HD is a little jittery as well)

Installation was pretty straight forward, I used the Oztivo guide so I had to replace the tv_grab_au script (my choice - no fault of Knoppmyth).
The only place I got thrown was during the Mythtv-setup it came to the part where it asks for us zipcode or non-us locale code, I entered au for Australia and I was presented with a list of 8 choices, mainly US networks but 1 choice was Aerial so I chose that and everything went fine.
Installation took about 2 hrs including tweaking to make it look the way I like it and transferring Video files across the network.

Nice installation, many thanks to those who do all the hard work to provide an excellent and easy install.
