Not a specific piece of hardware that I am recommending here but a method to lower operating temperatures in general.

Fact: Lower running temps for CPU, GPU, RAM, etc. can be achieved through more effective contact between components and heatsinks.
Fact: With few exceptions, the factory uses cheap thermal paste and often too much of it.

Recommendation: remove the heatsink, clean the surfaces, apply a small amount of a high quality thermal paste like Arctic Silver 5, reseat and enjoy lower operating temps.

Case #1: Passively cooled Nvidia GT520.

Before with GPU idle temp: 56 C
After with GPU idle temp: 48 C
Difference: -8 C

Case #2: Zotac A-U. This is probably not a perfect case because I actually added a small copper shim literally on top of the CPU to further increase the contact to the heat sink.

Before (factory thermal pad)
(Idle/Load)
GPU: (33/35)
MB: (28/32)
CPU: (40/52)
Core0: (43/54)
Core1: (41/52)

After
GPU: (33/34)
MB: (28/30)
CPU: (36/40)
Core0: (38/43)
Core1: (36/41)

Differences
GPU: (0/-1)
MB: (0/-2)
CPU: (-4/-12)
Core0: (-5/-11)
Core1: (-5/-11)
