Tonight I brought home my work-supplied Dell Latitude D600 (Pentium M 1.6, 512 MB RAM, ATi Radeon Mobility 9000) to take care of some stuff.

Just out of curiousity, I tried booting the machine off of my KnoppMyth CD to see how well it would run from the CD in frontend mode. Much to my surprise, it works absolutely flawlessly with no tweaking. The only problem is that the volume controls don't work, but that can be easily circumvented by exiting out to the desktop, launching an XTerm, and opening up alsamixer.

Oops. I take that back. [ and ] work as volume controls. I forgot about them. I was trying to use the custom volume control buttons that are above the keyboard.

So... It works perfectly.
