Dell Dimension 4100 P3 933mhz 512 RAM Maxtor 250gb IDE hdd Hauppage PVR-250 GeForce 5200FX (for tv-out) DirecTV D10-200 satellite box Worked out of box. in mythsetup pointed tuner to this script to control DirecTV: http://www.pdp8.net/directv/directv.shtml Needed this serial cable: http://www.dtvcontrol.com/index.aspx?content=cable swapped the XF86Config-4 file with the nvidia tv-out one that was nice nicely left in the same folder, and viola! S-video out on the GeForce 5200FX. very, very happy camper. footnote: This has since been upgraded to R5D1 with no problems. |
