If you get a black screen during install and you have a M/B with VIA Northbridge P4M266/KM133 chipset you should try this first. Edit /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 and add nousebios. This is what mine looks like. Section "Device" Identifier "Videocard0" Driver "savage" VendorName "Videocard vendor" BoardName "S3 ProSavage KM133" Option "NoUseBios" EndSection |
