this was so simple it is silly.. i fought it for days because i didnt read the right post. here it is: http://www.mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3485 I had to do both the IVTV and the lirc fix. to get the Digital cable channel changer to work i had to add -v to the end of the external changer command in mythtv-setup Code: /usr/local/bin/channel and change the permissions for the channel script Code: chmod 755 /usr/local/bin/channel
the other stuff i talked about in this thread is still valid. FTP, SMB, SSH The color seems to be a bit washed out with this Alpha. I have not researched to see if it is the IVTV drivers or the NVIDIA GForce drivers. |
