I updated and am still having this problem. Is there a way in which I should rename the files, etc?

How can I tell mythvideo-scanner to only use the imdb number in the nfo for this show? That would work.

Some of the output is coming out blanc when I paste it. Is it because it is in red? How can I paste it?

Put it in a code block and manually edit it. I only need one video.

Ok, I was not able to get the text to show up at all, so during a scan I did a print screen to capture the text. I had to delete metadata for those shows so that Mythvideo-scanner could try to get the info again.

Here is the pic:

Edit: better picture posted

Hi,

Try the latest revision. Please note that the imdb grabber script does not exist in 0.23, and tmdb does not have details for "The Pacific", so now the worst case is minimal details added to mythconverg compared with previously when the wrong details were added. if you still have a working imdb script (ie you are running 0.22) then you should get details from imdb.

BigB.

Ok, now it renames the files so I can't tell which episode is which. All except for part VI are just named "the pacific".

Is there a way to always skip all of the shows titled "the pacific"?

Hi,

Several things;
I have added a native imdb grabber which no longer relies on the mythtv script. This is mostly because it is no longer supported by the mythtv developers.

Secondly, I just noticed those files use roman numerals to identify episodes. Change that to use 1,2,3,4,5 etc and it should work better.

Finally, i have added 'PT' as an episode identifier, i had 'PART' just not the short form.

BigB.

Ok, I updated and scanned again. Now at the end I get:

Code:
Can't locate object method "search_by_ref" via package "grabbers::imdb" at /usr/local/bin/mythvideo-scanner.pl line 377.

Ok, now when I attempt a scan this is the only output:

Code:
$ mythvideo-scanner.pl
Using settings for htpc1-desktop
Reading MythTV DB settings from: /usr/share/mythtv/mysql.txt
Mythvideo Database schema is 1028, suggests Mythtv version >=0.22
Images will be downloaded to:
 Covers:      '/var/lib/mythtv/coverart'
 ScreenShots: '/var/lib/mythtv/screenshots'
 Fanart:      '/var/lib/mythtv/fanart'
 Banners:     '/var/lib/mythtv/banners'
Seaching for these extensions: avi mpg mpeg mkv mpg avi vob mpeg VIDEO_TS iso img mkv mp4 m2ts evo divx mov qt wmv 3gp asf ogg ogm flv
Starting search in '/var/lib/mythtv/videos'

/var/lib/mythtv/videos/Stand Up Comedy/D.L. Hughley/D.L.Hughley.Unapologetic.avi
Found NFO file
 Found imdb ref: 1114667
Undefined subroutine &DateTime::Format::Strptime called at grabbers/imdb.pm line 214.

It looks like it stopped at the first file.
