Hey guys,

I went out and bought a SnapStream Firefly remote without doing any reading (dumb on my part).. It doesn't look like it is supported at all -- I've done some googling and haven't found anything positive.

Will this card work with Linux/MythTV? Should I take it back?

Is this (http://shopati.ca/product.asp?sku=2321579) the Remote Wonder that everyone is talking about? Can anyone recommend a better remote?

I have a PVR-250 but I managed to break the jack that the IR dongle plugs into, so I'm hunting around for a new remote.

Thanks.

not sure about the snapstream, but what's wrong with the remote wonder? looks like a nice remote, and it's RF, and it's a total breese to setup in knoppmyth. My little brother just setup his system and had the remote wonder, and it took him all of 10 seconds to set it up.

There is nothing wrong with the ATI, other than no one locally carries it.. I have to order one direct from ATI. I'm shooting for instant gradification if you haven't noticed :)

Order one off of ebay. That's what I did. I think I got it for $30, which is a lot cheaper than you can buy it from ATI.

Buy another PVR-250. You can never have too many tuners.
