Ok, I have noticed that there are at least 2 channels that show up in black and white when I try to watch Live TV or record them. Neither channel has any sound either.

I am using a PVR-350 and I have it outputting everything to my TV set, if that makes a difference.

Is there a way to manually change the frequency settings for certain channels so I can tune these two stations in properly?

you can use mythweb to fine tune individual channels.
