OK, I had Time Warner cable installed today. I tee off the line going to the cable box and run it to my KWorld 110 card and scan. BAM, I get a bunch of locked stations, but no channel info. I can see most of these channels when I watch live TV (Bravo, Local HD, etc).

Do I have to go back to the Channel Setup and rename all these channels? If so, how do I name them to get them to 'sync up' with my Zap2It data? Been googling but can't find any data already created except for a bit on myth wiki.

TIA

I used the front end channel editor on my R5E50 install. When you are watching live TV hit 'e' on the keyboard and it will bring up the channel info you can edit. The key to getting the program guide to sync up is getting the xmltv id set. See this thread for more info.

That works great... now I've got a bunch of work to do. But I guess the good news is I'll get a lot of channels from the work.
