I'd like to copy over my ROMs for MAME et al from CD to the proper directories on my MythBox. What are the commands for doing so?

When I try that, I get this message:

cp: omitting directory '/mnt/cdrom/roms'

What's the problem?

EDIT:

Googling gave me the suggestion to use:

Code:

cp -r /mnt/cdrom/path/to/roms /myth/games/xmame/roms

And that seems to be working.
