How can I tell which version of KnoppMyth I have installed? I can remember if I installed it before the new release or after...

Then you must be running an old old version.... What version of MythTV are you running(dpkg -l| grep mythtv)?

yes that file I believe was added in R5A12 or so, and will be there from now on.
