Has anyone with R5A26 gotten this Wiki entry to work: http://knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page ... erverToDvd

I would really love to be able to backup everything in case something severe happens... I have too many small peices working great that it would take days if I lost it all..

I guess my other option is to use Acronis True Image and image it to a USB drive.

Yes, I got it to work after a couple of tries. It did exactly what it said it would do. Took a while, so I'd start it at night with nothing scheduled to record.

It works good! Make sure you follow the additional Post from 2/10/06
One thing to note Myth Backup places the backup files in /myth/backup.
The scripts in the Wiki exclude both /myth/tv and myth/backup.
If you look at the information about Mondo the instructions are good and fairly easy to follow if you decide to change the scripts.
I am a newbie and found everythig I needed to use the tool.

This forum and the Wiki are great resources. Thanks for checking here and thank you to the admins for supporting these.

hmmm Anyone try this on or after Feb 16 2006?? I am getting the 404 file missing error, when I do the apt-get install mindi-kernel. And yes I do have the entries in my sources.list
---EDIT----

Just tried going straight to the website and it looks to be down... :(
